An executive experienced in the financial world, John Rogers served as the chief executive officer of the CFA Institute, a professional organization for chartered financial analysts and other financial professionals in the United States and beyond. During his tenure as CEO, John Rogers supported initiatives that attracted many new members and significantly enlarged the organization’s international footprint. Furthermore, the CFA Institute launched a new program called the Claritas Investment Certificate.
Before establishing himself in the finance sector, John Rogers received his BA in history from Yale University, where he graduated cum laude and competed on the varsity swimming team. Later, he enrolled at Stanford University and earned an MA in East Asian Studies. As a graduate student, he had the opportunity to advance his understanding of Japanese through the Tokyo Interuniversity Center for Japanese Language Studies.
Currently, Mr. Rogers sits on the board of directors of SWM International and chairs the Audit Committee. His responsibilities include assessing risk and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the financial reporting.
